As of today (10/26/11), Team Hamma Fist Champion "Handsome" Jason Hanley will no longer be recognized as champion.
The decision to strip The Bubble Bathed Behemoth of the Florida People's Championship stems from two reasons.
1. Mr. Hanley has failed to defend the title within the requisite 30 day span. Several contenders were presented to him, but he chose to disregard all of them.
2. "The Handsome One" has shown in recent weeks and months to have little to no regard for his fellow performers. In the past month, Jason has injured both JD Amazing and Carl Allen. While we here at Bearlsey Enterprises are more than supportive of violence, Hanley's blatantly disregard for two of BELIEVE's top performers' well being cannot go unpunished.
We will soon make arrangements to determine a new Hamma Fist Champion.
New Unified Florida Champion!
At Vintage Wrestling's "Night of Florida Champions" event this past Saturday (5/22/10), the IWA Puerto Rico Heavyweight Champion QT Marshall defeated, albeit controversially, Raymond Snow to win both the Hamma Fist People's and SCW Florida Heavyweight Championship to become the new Unified Florida Heavyweight Champion.
And just to make sure I say "champion" enough times...
Champion, championship, champions, champeen, campeones, champ, champagne, Cameron Manheim.
Don't worry, Snow will totally win the belt back. Oh no, spoylerz~!
